6. Do I need to prepare the room before you arrive?

We kindly ask if you could please remove all furniture and belongings from the room we would be working in. We’ll take care of the rest, including protecting floors and surfaces with floor and furniture protection.

Damp is usually caused by one of a few common issues such as a failed damp proof course, poor ventilation, water ingress from outside or condensation build-up. Our team will identify the exact cause during our visit and recommend the right treatment.
